Services

Individual Therapy

In Individual Therapy, our providers help clients better understand themselves and move past barriers that keep them from being the best they can be.  Our specialties include Trauma, Adjustment, Mood, Sex, and Sexuality related disorders.

Couples Therapy

In Couples Therapy, our providers help couples work together to improve relationship satisfaction including building better communication, increasing trust, and enhancing intimacy. Our specialties include working with  Alternative Relationship  Structures and  Sex Therapy.

Group Therapy

Our Group Therapy services provide a place where people can come together with others to share problems or concerns, to better understand their own situation, and to learn from and with others. We offer Mindfulness, Sex Therapy and Emotional Support Groups.

Training and Supervision

We offer Individual and Group Clinical Supervision to LPC and LMFT Residents completing licensure requirements. We also facilitate community trainings and presentations.

Positive and Affirming

We are a Sex Positive and LGBTQIA+ affirming practice.

Therapy is the process of a Therapist and Client(s) working together to relieve emotional stress and mental health concerns. It involves examining and gaining insight into life choices and difficulties. Therapy sessions are structured meetings between a licensed provider and a client with a goal of improving some aspect of their life or functioning. Therapists use many types of treatment and strategies to help their clients reach their goals.


There are rules and regulations Therapists must follow in regards to Confidentiality. All information must be kept in a way that is HIPAA compliant, Confidentiality is paramount, and only under certain circumstances are there exceptions. These exceptions can include if someone (including yourself) is in danger of harm or if a court subpoenas information. There are other exceptions to confidentiality and if you have any questions or concerns, please speak to your Counselor or Therapist.


We accept debit, credit card, and insurance payments (Anthem BCBS, Aetna, CIGNA, TRICARE and United Behavioral insurance). We also accept EAP.
